Meet our Providers

Ronald Frank

Ronald M. Frank, MD FAAFP
Dr. Ronald M. Frank is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who graduated from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School in 1989 and completed his residency training at Somerset Medical Center in 1992. He attained the prestigious status of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Additionally, Dr. Frank is a retired Air Force Flight Surgeon, having served 20 years with the 177FW/NJ Air National Guard. His medical interests include geriatrics, chronic disease management, and weight management.

Dr Cook

Sean M. Cook, MD FAAFP
Dr. Sean M. Cook, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who graduated from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2000 and completed his residency training at Somerset Medical Center in 2003. He attained the prestigious status of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians in 2006, an honor recognizing his years of practice, community service, and teaching. Dr. Cook currently serves on the executive board of the NJ Academy of Family Physicians and has a strong focus on sports medicine. He also serves as the team physician for Rider University Athletics.

Clair Carragino

Clair Carragino, APN-C
Clair is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Obesity Medicine Association, with a strong focus on preventive care, and women health. Additionally, Clair has a strong interest in weight management and oversees the practice’s weight management program.

Allyssa Finer

Allyssa Finer, APN-C
Allyssa is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science degree from The College of New Jersey – School of Nursing. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has a strong focus on health promotion, disease prevention, women’s health, and pediatrics. Additionally, Allyssa instituted the Botox injection program at our practice

Community Health Involvement

In addition to providing family medicine services to our patients, the practice provides further services throughout the community.

  • Provide services to several local health departments, including vaccinating thousands of local residents
  • Team physician for Rider University Athletics
  • School physician for 20+ school districts overseeing school health services for Central NJ private and public schools
  • Medical support to local EMS organizations
